Starting from places to stay, ARK& connects people, regions, capital and data, working towards a sustainable lodging industry and a future for the places it belongs to. We see a lodging property as more than somewhere to spend the night. It is a business, a piece of real estate, and an important part of the place around it.

Through INVESTEL, our M&A platform dedicated to lodging, together with the development, regeneration and operation of hotels and ryokan, property management, management support and projects run with local partners, we connect each of these businesses to build the structures that let a property and its region carry on for the long term.

We also do not try to do everything alone. We approach each project together with professionals across M&A, real estate, finance, architecture, design, hospitality and technology.

The name ARK& carries three meanings: ARK, the ark that carries what matters forward; Acts of Random Kindness, small kindnesses offered without expecting anything in return; and the ampersand that connects one person to another.
